Graphite dies and fittings for copper and non-ferrous alloies
Dies in graphite for use in goldsmiths, available in various shapes. In the drawing of copper and non-ferrous metals, the latter undergo forced passages through the holes of progressively decreasing diameter of the die.
The quantity of metal remains unchanged: drawing is based on the ductility of the metal used and is a process without material removal, which progressively reduces the diameter of the wire by increasing its length.
